Michelle Carpenter is the Founder and Director of FLOW, the specialized dry eye and aesthetic treatment division serving Fort Worth and Dallas. As an Ocular Hygienist, she focuses on advanced ocular surface disease therapy and comprehensive dry eye treatment designed to restore gland function and stabilize the tear film.

Michelle leads FLOW’s structured treatment protocols for meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD), chronic ocular surface inflammation, and tear film instability. She provides advanced procedural therapies including IPL, radiofrequency treatment, thermal gland expression, and support for punctal occlusion helping patients move beyond temporary symptom relief toward long-term restoration.
