Which dry eye products should I start with?

Most daily routines combine three steps: warm the eyelids, clean the lash line, and protect the eye surface. Our Daily Dry Eye Kit bundles the heated eye wand, coconut balm wipes and coconut eye balm at 10% off, so it’s an easy place to start.

What’s the difference between eye drops and lid hygiene products?

Lubricating drops add moisture to the surface of the eye. Lid cleansers and hypochlorous sprays remove oil, debris and bacteria along the lash line. Warm compress therapy helps the oil glands in your eyelids flow more freely. Many people with dry eye benefit from more than one.

Do I need an eye exam before buying?

No prescription is needed for the products in our shop. If your eyes stay dry, red, gritty or blurry, book a FLOW dry eye evaluation so our doctors can find the cause and tailor your routine.

Can I pick up my order at your office?

Yes. Call 214-651-1000 and we’ll have your products ready at 400 S. Zang Blvd, Suite 101 in Oak Cliff. Office hours are Monday–Friday, 9–11:30 AM and 1–4:30 PM.
