What is Dry Eye Disease?
Dry eye disease is a common condition where the eyes do not produce enough tears or right quality of tears to keep the surface of the eye moist. This can lead to symptoms such as discomfort, redness, and blurred vision. Various factors, including aging, environmental conditions, and certain medications, can contribute to the development of dry eye disease. Proper diagnosis and management are essential to alleviate symptoms and improve eye health.
What Treatments are Available?

Intense Pulse Light Therapy
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) therapy uses precise pulses of broad-spectrum light to target inflammation and abnormal blood vessels along the eyelid margin. By reducing inflammatory mediators, eliminating bacteria and Demodex, and stabilizing the lid environment, IPL helps quiet chronic irritation and reactivate healthier meibomian gland function, restoring a clearer, more stable tear film over time.
Radio-Frequency
Radiofrequency therapy is a non-invasive treatment that uses controlled thermal energy to gently heat the meibomian glands along the eyelids. This therapeutic heat liquefies obstructed oils, improves blood flow, and stimulates cellular activity and collagen remodeling, helping repair gland function, restore healthy oil secretion, and rebuild a more stable, protective tear film for long-term dry eye relief.
Collagen Placement
Lacrifill® is an advanced, long-lasting punctal treatment made of cross-linked hyaluronic acid, a naturally hydrating molecule found in the body. It helps retain your natural tears, deeply moisturize the ocular surface, reduce inflammation, and provide sustained relief from dryness, irritation, and fluctuating vision, all without daily maintenance
